We combined a medical conference for Basya with a family vacation.  Howie drove down with us and Laura flew in from California. 

We decided to add some excitement to the drive down by taking the Cape May Ferry from Cape May, New Jersey, to Lewes, Delaware....there was no excitement!

Once we finally got to Virginia Beach, spirits picked up when we found a good restaurant on the water.

                           

 

Walking on the concrete boardwalk gave us good views and good exercise.

July 28th was Sharon's 16th birthday.  We celebrated by sending Sharon, Laura, and Michele for some parasailing.  Recognize them?

                                      

 

That night, our last in Virginia Beach, we celebrated Sharon's birthday at Hot Tuna.
